2026 Non-Division I Campaign
Campaign Overview
Non-D1 athletic departments run lean, and the creative problem reflected that reality. The work had to make Teamworks Hub feel purpose-built for smaller programs rather than scaled down from something designed for bigger ones. Across one-pagers, advertising tickers, and blog graphics, every asset had to earn trust from athletic directors and compliance officers who are genuinely skeptical of new technology and what it might cost them in time and complexity.
I worked within the Teamworks brand system but brought my own direction to how it showed up across this campaign. The visual approach was consistent throughout: dark layouts, high-contrast type, and a deliberate emphasis on real program data. Login growth multipliers, before-and-after stats, testimonials from actual ADs. The idea was to let outcomes speak rather than lean on product claims. I built one design system flexible enough to work across a convention one-pager, a digital ticker, and a blog cover without each feeling like a different campaign.
