General Manager + Wallet Integration Motion

Project Overview

This motion asset was created to support the launch of the General Manager (GM) and Wallet product integration, aimed at streamlining rev share payments within the Teamworks platform. The animation was part of a high-priority H2 campaign and designed to visually represent key moments in the GM-Wallet payment workflow, with a focus on submitting and confirming payment requests.

The goal was to bring clarity and engagement to a complex backend process through minimal yet expressive UI animations. It also served as a reusable asset across campaign touchpoints including email, blog, and in-deck product storytelling.

Approach

To emphasize the integrated flow between GM and Wallet, I crafted a sequence of fast-paced, modular UI animations with a high level of visual fidelity. The design leaned on familiar system styles from previous GM animations while introducing a color-coded storyboard system to clarify quick, transitional frames.

While experimenting with After Effects and Jitter to balance speed with control, I prioritized platform flexibility—building the animation to function across formats like MP4 and GIF. Given the animation’s length and complexity, the final delivery was exported as an MP4 to retain motion quality and embed seamlessly into Vidyard, email, and deck presentations.
